Yahoo! buys Spark Networks

Purchase price reported to be $95 million. Yahoo! changing name to Spark Networks Premiere Personals and will trade under the symbol SNAP. Members must provide DNA samples and fill out a free 90-page personality test administered by dating coaches that visit each member. $84.95 monthly fee includes free background checks, guaranteed 5 great dates a month and marriage within 12 months or your money back.
