I like using http://www.collaboradate.com . It's free, easy to use and doesn't cost anything. Pretty cool! They have Date mapping with Google maps, and you can contact people any way you want (IM, email, etc.) They also have the ability to contact users on any other paid dating site for free. SWEET!

That's just my 2 cents!

The Ohio Lawsuit that was just launched against IMBRA utilizes further arguments that the EC case did not use...which will help stop the feminists from appealing an EC decision with success.

The new AODA Lawsuit in Ohio argues:

1) The Right to Association (2nd Amendment) and
2) The Right to Privacy (which is not in the Constitution but has tons of precedent)

The new lawsuit even mentions Roe vs Wade as a privacy precedent...among many others.

Also...a case where mentally retarded people were discriminated against because they were "politically unpopular" in a community that did not want a home for them built...was used as an example of IMB customers being persecuted only because they are politically unpopular.

Why do we keep hearing the same news over and over again about the April 3 hearing. I want to hear new news. I am so repulsed by the news of this law that I can't believe I'm living in the United States of America. This is the kind of thing you'd expect to happen in Cuba, or North Korea, or in China (remember Red Square?). It makes me sick to my stomach to think that the feminists have won, and they will get their way from now on. We men might as well pack up and leave the country. What a shame!

I am also utterly disgusted with George Bush. I thought he stood for the interests of freedom and liberty. I thought the Republican party believed in individual liberties and rights. I guess they don't when it comes to femminist issues. They're right on board! I swear I will never vote for another Bush as long as I live! Maybe I'll become a Liberatarian.

The Score: Foreign Women 100, American Feminists 0

I do not own and I am not a customer of any dating website, domestic or foreign. I do, however, enjoy the company of foreign women. A close second to that enjoyment is an odd hobby – I really enjoy goading and angering feminists. It’s a harmless activity that actually does not take a whole lot of time or effort. I bet some, if not most of you enjoy that too. Expressing that enjoyment angers feminists even more. You can’t lose with this hobby.

The greatest defense against feminism and its attempt to level the social playing field or otherwise re-engineer society in this country is actually provided by the government, and only costs about $50! That’s right, a passport. It gives American men exposure and makes them aware of how good life can be with a woman; a woman who really believes in and practices equality – the equality of loyalty, the equality of honesty and the equality of desire to establish a family. They are beautiful, slim, hygienic, accommodating, family oriented. Yes, it is all true. The fact that they exist and are accessible by American men does not sit well with feminists. Couple this with the fact that there are millions (and growing) of these women and you have one of the best platforms for escalating feminist ire.

The international dating websites really set the feminists off. Imagine that, a handful of small after-hours garage businesses created a scornful and bitter storm. So much energy, money, time went into addressing less than 10,000 marriages per year (the majority of foreign-bride marriages are not even web related). That alone tells you that this is an emotional issue; a whining issue that is aimed at the “message” promoted on these sites. The foreign dating websites represented so much of what the feminists could not stand: they offended feminists and feminism, pitted American women against foreign women, AND enabled American men to snub their noses at feminism while sidestepping the feminist paradigm that took so long to instill upon them. The feminists would do anything and everything they could to put a stop to it.

But in the big picture, they can’t stop it and they cannot win. As long as there are multitudes of non-feminist foreign women in the world, they cannot win. Therefore, the feminist score is 0.

I really love my hobby.

More than three and a half years ago I met my fiancee quite naturally, at her sister-in-laws birthday party, without the aid of anyone or broker. Since then we've live together here in the US and in Rio de Janeiro.

After having our Fiancee Visa approved In Vermont and New Hampshire, it was sent to Rio where my fiancee was issued supplemental forms and instructions. To my surprise it was recalled shortly before my last trip there in June 06. The stupid thing about all of this is that on the original form it asked"How did you meet your fiancee?" Since I stated that we met at a birthday part I was stunned why I should be forced to resubmit an addition form to re-state information that I already provided. (doesn't anyone at the USCIS read???)

Prior to this, my fiancee was in the process of preparing to comply with the additional forms and requirements mandated by the US consulate in Rio. She had to supply state and federal police reports, bank statements, medical forms, and be ready for a physical. Then, suddenly, our previously "approved" application was being recalled, and I received a communication from the USCIS stating,

"On July 18, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates."

A visit to the USCIS website informed me that it was taking from 30 to 45 days to complete (B/S)processing of the IMBRA form that was sent to me.
Thus far it has been 50 days at this posting and I still havent received word from USCIS regarding its re-approval---even after sending a letter to their Vermont Service Center and sending a copy to the Delaware County office of Congressman Curt Weldon.

This law doesn't even apply to me and I am being penalized and treated like a potential abuser. For what its worth, I also wrote to the Liberal Democrat that authored the bill to tell her what a waste of humanity she is.

Both of us are in our late 50's, so neither of us are cruising for sex or a good time. Our motives are genuine; however, the feminists who engineered this bill have branded every man that wishees to marry outside his culture as someone who has only a prurient interest at stake. At this juncture, I intend to call on Weldon's office personally and if I receive no action, then I will hire an immigration attorney and file suit. I can't believe I'm living in America!

Resubmitting repeat data and the government being 5 days past due is par for the course. What reason did they give for postponing your "approved" application (which doesn't sound like it was approved at all?

The law and how it is being exercised has me scratching my head. I wish someone would explain and justify it clearly once and for all.

Well this law really has me pissed off. Meeting a foreign woman was my best hope for true love and happiness. Now that I will have to reveal that I have a criminal record in my past will be a big burden to meeting a quality woman. I feel as if the ones that are younger with no children will move on to someone " more safe " or " promising ". I will be left with ladies that are more willing to " take a chance ". because they are in a more desperate situation. Like in their late 30's to 40's with children. I am 41 myself, but was hoping that I could meet a single lady that had never been married, with no children. Since I am divorced I don't mind a lady that is divorced, but I don't really want a lady with children. Especially older children already in school or older. It just seems to be a problem that is difficult to overcome.

This law violates my right to freedom of association and my right to pursue happiness. It is putting limits on those rights. Infringements. If we are both consenting adults that is all that matters.
Beofore this law was enacted. I will use the going to Russia on a tour as an example: The lady would meet the man at a social, if she liked him they would spend some time together. After he went back to the States they would corresspond by mail and telephone for say, 6 months. Then he may make another trip to see her or not. He then files for the fiance' visa. This can take 6 months. In the meantime they are getting to know each other. She then after a 6 month wait gets to come over and visit with him on a fiance' visa, stating that she has 3 or 4 months to marry him. If she doesn't marry then she has to go back to her home country. Now, this is plenty of time and plenty of time spent getting to know the guy if she wants to marry him. She should know if he is violent, alcoholic, drug addicted, or a pervert by this time. That is why it is called dating or courting. You are getting to know each other. She's interviewing you so to speak. Why should I give up my constitutional rights and show her my criminal record that is only going to make me look worse than I really am. Why is it important that she know what I was like in 1996 while she was still in high school?

What are we turning into the Former Soviet Union Now? It seems as if Democracy has moved east and Communism has moved to the west.

I am all for immigrant women being safe, but this is not the way to habdle it. This law is draconian and Unconstitutional. I am being forced to stay here and put up with feminist women who have nothing I want. That is if I want to have marriage and children. I do not want to live like Ray Ramano on " Everybody Loves Raymond ". That is what American women want out of their husband. They want to be the boss and the man has to be a coward in their presence. She is the boss and there is nothing he can do about it, and everybody knows it. Get some backbone Raymond. These Russian ladies like American men because we treat them well in comparison to the men there.

I am 43 and after many years finally happy. My wife is Vietnamese. It has been an intense sexual, and emotional experience for both of us. Feminists have stimulated me sexually, but never emotionally. They are to masculine to do it. My wife has no trace of masculinity.
She knows what feminism is, getting the police and courts involved in your life, but rejects all of it. Her mind has a teflon coating that the feminist theoretical, phycobabble, bull****, cant stick to.
Our government embassy workers dont want us to have foreign wives. They did not want to give my wife a visa. I was so angry I wrote a letter to the white house, my 2 senators here, complaining about the bad service and delay tactics I was receiving from the embassy in Vietnam. 7 days after I mailed the letters they approved her visa.
Im happy I went to Vietnam, im happy I threw the people in the embassy under the bus, im happy I married this lady (she has a green card), and to hell with the feminists. I say "please go make some other man miserable".

I have travelled widely to Europe and Asia and I want to share this well-known observation - American feminist women have a terrible reputation among men around the world. They are widely perceived as obese, selfish, spoiled, boorish and emotionally demanding. They are also considered rather overbearing and hysterical. It's well known amongst expat communities around the world that American feminist women are shunned by men outside of U.S.A.

On the contrary, decent and well-off American men are generally viewed as the "cream of the crop" - highly coveted and desirable.... These gentlemen enjoy a great reputation among foreign ladies who perceive them to be respectful, nurturing, responsible, well-educated and financially secure. In addition, these women believe that American men make great husbands, especially in contrast to native men, who are often disrespectful, abusive and unfaithful.

The problem in this country is that the "best in the world" are often paired up with the "worst in the world".... a complete mismatch. It's like a highschool Prom King dating an ugly, domineering and boorish girl. It's very unlikely that this type of relationship will work out. Sadly, this seems to be the case, as the marriages "made in America" have a higher divorce rate (55 to 60 percent) than in the cross-cultural marriages (15 to 20 percent). So why is the risk of divorce so much lower when an American gentleman marries a "mail-order bride"? In a nutshell, it's because our Prom King is marrying a Prom Queen, who is beautiful, intelligent, feminine, appreciative and devoted.

A growing number of affluent American men are rejecting American feminist women and going overseas to embrace loverly, young foreign brides. A nearly fourfold increase in foreign women entering the U.S. on fiance(e) visas (over the last 7 years) supports this contention. It's no secret that by pursuing foreign women, men can find much younger, more attractive and devoted partners than what's available at home.

Take Tiger Woods, for example. This man has essentially rejected all American women and instead, he went overseas and married a lovely Swedish woman. Tiger is a one very smart gentleman.... I bet he knows (that) marriage to a foreign lady would mean a lower risk of future divorce!

Let me tell you about the relationship between my loverly Russian wife and myself. Despite our 21 year age difference, our relationship is based on mutual love and admiration.... our love is real and valid. Also, our bond is strengthened by our common interests, continual romance and mutual respect for each other. As with most Russian women, my wife is independent and has a strong will. Our relationship is a 50-50 equal partnership. There is no control and no domination.

My experience, as described above, is very typical of most marriages to "mail-order brides" - in contrast to many marriages "made in America", there are no bitchiness or nagging, no hysteria or drama and no belligerant or confrontational behaviors.... only mutual love and admiration.

Therefore...., when a decent and affluent American gentleman marries a young, loverly foreign bride, what's created is truely, a match made in heaven - the best matched with the best....

And IMBRA is really a scornful feminist response to this growing international romance.

IMBRA And Tahirih Justice Center's Destructive And Hysterical Behavior

In the last post, "IMBRA And Tahirih Justice Center's Hypocrisy", I have shown (that) there is no justification to force unilateral release of personal and criminal information of all American male clients of International Matchmaking Organizations (IMOs) at the time of initial contact because at that stage, there is no risk of harm to foreign women.

I have also stated that unlike IMOs, Domestic Matchmaking Organizations (DMOs), such as Match.com and Friendfinder.com, are given a complete exemption (or a "free pass") on having to do any background checks on their male clients. Proponents of IMBRA justify these "free passes" by claiming that in DMO-facilitated relationships, men and women are charged and treated the same and therefore, the balence of power is not skewed to empower the male client. As result, they claim, there is less risk for abuse in these relationships.

This assertion is a complete hogwash - in fact, all evidence indicate that there is a significant threat of harm against women and girls as result of these initial contacts made via DMOs. There have been numerous documented cases of brutal murder, rape, torture and exploitation which have occurred as result.

Here are some examples:

(1) A 14 year old girl met a 37 year old man in an American Online Chatroom in 2000. The man was convicted of taking her across state lines to have sex with her. http://www.dangersofinternetdating.com/int...tcrimelinks.htm

(2) A 13 year old girl, Christina Long, was murdered by a 25 year old man she met in an American Online Chatroom. He has confessed to strangling her. http://www.dangersofinternetdating.com/int...tcrimelinks.htm

(3) The body of a young woman who posted her profile in myspace.com was found near Richmond, VA. The suspect is a man whom she met through myspace.com. http://www.bobparsons.com/october2005.html

(4) A 13 year old girl was killed by a 47-year old SanDiego man (who later committed suicide) whom she met in an internet chat room. http://www.bobparsons.com/october2005.html

(5) An affluent real-estate agent in California is charged with with raping three women, two of whom he met through MillionaireMatch.com, a domestic marriage broker.
http://www.mercurynews.com/mld/mercurynews...ia/15833372.htm

(6) A man has been charged with raping 10 women in the Philadelphia area. He met these women via Match.com Hey Tahirih, why isn't Match.com regulated?
http://abclocal.go.com/wpvi/story?section=...&id=4713302

(7) A man is charged with having sex with minor, whom he met via MySpace.com
http://www.nbc5.com/news/10205650/detail.html#

These are just a few examples of hundreds of vicious murder, rape, torture and exploitation against women and girls which have occurred as result of contacts facilitated by DMO's. Many of these horrifying acts of violence may have been prevented if DMOs were forced to do extensive personal and criminal background checks on their male clients.

Now, here is the most heinous part - Tahirih Justice Center, a main proponent of IMBRA, has been fighting in the court of law to preserve these exemptions for DMOs, despite the fact that these "free passes" have enabled many cases of horrendous rape, torture and exploitation against women to occur. We can not let Tahirih prevail regarding these exemptions because if Tahirih gets its way, it will allow murderers, sexual predators, pedophiles and premeditated torturers a free pass to find their next victims. Tahirih's behavior has been deplorable and deeply destructive to efforts to protect women and girls.

Therefore, I urge everyone to fight against Tahirih Justice Center's efforts to preserve exemptions for DMOs.

.....Now I come to think of it, this is the same Tahirih Justice Center that recently appeared on a case of false and fabricated rape/abuse claim (against David Dickerson, WJLA, Scott Thuman reporting) and hysterically cried "immigrant woman abuse!".
And guess what? Now, they are desperately defending IMBRA exemptions (for DMOs) which would allow a "free pass" for murderers, rapists, pedophiles and premeditated torturers to find their next victims.

So Tahirih, which side are you on - are you FOR or AGAINST women's protection?

IMBRA And Tahirih Justice Center's Desperate And Troubling Behavior

Online-dating relationships essentially involve three distinct, progressive stages:

1. Stage One is the Introduction Stage, in which people first greet each other ("hello"), exchange letters, e-mails, phone calls, etc.

2. Stage Two is the Courtship Stage, in which people actually meet, get to know each other better and advance their relationship. If the couple met via an International Matchmaking Organization (IMO), the gentleman usually travels to meet the lady in her native country.

3. Finally, Stage Three is the Consular Visa Stage. At this time, the couple is engaged (or married), and the lady applies for a fiance(e)/spousal visa so she can move to the U.S. to join her partner (if her visa is approved).

IMBRA imposes two extensive criminal background checks on all U.S. male clients of IMOs:

1) at the Introduction Stage (at the level of initial contact) and

2) at the Consular Visa Stage (during fiance(e)/spousal visa application)

The two current lawsuits against IMBRA challenge the mandatory background checks at the Introduction Stage, but not at the Consular Visa Stage.

It is very important to emphasize that there has been no documented cases of violence against foreign women (by American men who met them via IMOs) during the Introduction and the Courtship Stages. This suggests that for foreign women, there is virtually no threat of violence at these stages. Therefore, it is completely senseless to require unilateral disclosure of personal and criminal information of all American male clients of IMOs at the Introduction Stage (level of initial contact).

Foreign women will be adequately protected by having extensive criminal background check done on their fiance(e)s/spouses at the Consular Visa Stage, before they immigrate into this country.

The Tahirih Justice Center (the main proponent of IMBRA) have failed to provide any reasonable explanation as to why mandatory background checks must be done at the Introduction Stage, even though there is no threat of harm to foreign women.

What is also very disturbing about IMBRA is that Domestic Matchmaking Organizations (DMOs), such as Match.com, are completely exempted from having to do any background checks on male clients, despite numerous cases of brutal murder, rape and torture of women which have occurred as result of contacts "facilitated" by these agencies..... Furthermore, what I find most sickening is Tahirih's desperate and deliberate attempts to defend these exemptions for DMOs in Courts, even though these exemptions, if upheld, would worsen the problem of violence and exploitation against women..... It's obvious that the Tahirih has turned a blind and self-serving eye to this appalling problem.
